What? 

This is just a few of the images in the sun that we captured but I hope you like. The town was Puerto Vallarta and the resort was 'Dreams'. The beach is completely private and is bordered by cliffs on both sides, the cliffs shown here have private homes on them (some of which are for sale!) and are gorgeous in real life. There were four very different restaurants as well as the World Cafe that was a fresh buffet for each meal, every day that served pretty 'western' type foods and was great (Ciana especially enjoyed breakfast which was mostly yogurt and fruit, nice and messy).

Our View 

So this is basically our room, when you first open the door to the right is the vanity sink and mirror (with a largs closet, a safe etc.) and beyond that is the washroom with another sink etc. In the main room you have a couch and chair with small table, another table that you could eat at as well as the cabinet you can see here. Ciana was into everything which was ok because there were no low outlets nor were there any visible wires, Perfect!! She loved her afternoon bubble bath in the jacuzzi and as it was approximately 30 degrees everyday it was warmer than the air conditioning. When we arrived they were setting up for a traditional Mexican fiesta (they do most themes once a week) complete with buffet.

Did I mention a jacuzzi on the patio?

Welcome to the web log (blog) of our first vacation with Pookie. I hope you enjoy our pictures (I will try to weed down from the 177 pictures that we took!). Needless to say we had a really good time, can't wait to go back and were very lucky to have such a good baby with us, she was excellent on the plane and elicited comments and kisses from EVERYONE that she met.
